Working method

The way the Mystore Zoki AI service works is very simple:

  • You choose an AI tutor and topic of conversation (e.g. coffee shop, work, travel, job interview...)
  • You type or speak through the microphone, and the tutor answers you in German and continues the conversation
  • When you need it, you include translation, additional explanations or slower speech

  • After several conversations you start the "Course Training" and the CEFR assessment, to see your level and get a recommendation for further study

1. Does Mystore Zoki AI replace working with a live lecturer?

Mystore Zoki AI is designed as a powerful addition to classic courses - especially for conversation. It's great between live grammar lessons, for keeping fit, and for intensive preparation before an exam, moving house, or job interview.

2. What level of knowledge do I need?

You can start already from the end of the A1 level. The higher your level, the more you will get out of the conversation, but the app can also be adapted to A2, B1, B2 or C1/C2 level.

3. Is there a trial period?

Yes. You can take advantage of a free trial period of 24 hours of active work in the application for one selected language. After that, you choose whether you want a monthly subscription (€16) or an annual subscription (€120).

4. How do I apply?

On this page you will find two forms – one for the free trial and the other for the paid version. After filling out the form, you will receive detailed instructions for accessing the application to the e-mail address you provided.

5. Do I get a certificate after working on the Mystore Zoki AI platform?

Mystore Zoki AI does not issue an official certificate, because it is not a classic course but an online platform for self-learning and language practice with AI tutors.

However, by working on the platform you can:
• systematically practice conversation, comprehension and vocabulary
• use special modules for exam preparation (Goethe, TestDaF, IELTS, TOEFL...)
• check your level of knowledge through the CEFR self-assessment within the application

All the knowledge and skills you have acquired on the Mystore Zoki AI platform can then be used in official exams and certification courses.

6. How is payment made?

Payment is being made. monthly or in advance with an annual subscription, by payment to the school account. Payment details will arrive after successful application.
